I am complaining about my new $ 79,000 BMW 440i that I just took possession of. I found out that the speedometer doesn't really tell you how fast you are driving. In SD the max speed on our interstate is 80mph. However, in my new car when the speedometer says you are going 80mph you are really only going 76mph. I consider that a serious safety issue since…
