There is an open recall on my 2024 BMW 760i and BMW has NO FIX over a year now and the NHTSA is doing nothing to pressure BMW to fix this critical issue. Car seems to be having issues with its brake function, especially in traffic or when coming to a complete stop from a distance. Also I am in fear that the issue will emerge while I am driving and I will not use the car with my 10 month old daughter.

Multiple Brake system failures rendering the vehicle unsafe and undriveable. Been in the dealer 3 times and not resolved. Qualifies as a Lemon vehicle. Car is not safe for my family and others on the road. Car was from BMW Sterling in Virginia. 100 miles on the clock - new vehicle lease.
