TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 VOLVO VNL64T. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL ON HE TURNED THE STEERING WHEEL TO THE RIGHT BUT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT TURN.
