TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 MERCEDES BENZ CL63. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT UNKNOWN SPEEDS, THE ANTI THEFT MODE ENGAGED AND THE STEERING WHEEL FAILED TO MOVE.
