I'VE OWNED SEVERAL LEXUS HYBRID VEHICLES. I HAVE LOVED THEM ALL EXCEPT THE LAST, A 2021 LEXUS UX WHICH, I LATER FOUND, CAME WRAPPED WITH AN UNWELCOME SURPRISE.
