TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HONDA VT13CTLA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH HE BEGAN TO NOTICE A FLOW OF AIR COMING FROM UNDERNEATH THE WINDSHIELD WAS CAUSING HIS HEAD TO MOVE EXCESSIVELY.
