VEHICLE STARTS IN GEAR WITH NEUTRAL LIGHT ON CAUSING VEHICLE TO JUMP/MOVE ABRUPTLY FORWARD AS ENGINE STARTS WITH CHOKE ENGAGED (CHOKE ENGAGED CAUSES HIGHER RPM UPON START).
