ON 7/16/2018, I WAS DRIVING THE SUBJECT VEHICLE IN THE MOUNTAINS OF CENTRAL COLORADO ON HWY 50 JUST EAST OF GUNNISON, COLORADO GOING THROUGH MONARCH PASS. THE WEATHER WAS CLEAR THAT THE ROD WAS DRY.
