WHILE DRIVING CONSUMER HEARD A NOISE COMING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. DRIVER PULLED OVER TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE, WHEN WITHOUT WARNING ,THE VEHICLE ROLLED BACKWARDS ON A SLIGHT DECLINING RAMP.
