A SETTLEMENT WAS OFFERED TO CONSUMERS WHO HAVE VEHICLES WITH SIDE SADDLE FUEL TANKS, THE CONSUMER IS DISSATISFIED WITH THE SETTLEMENT, GM IS OFFERING A SETTLEMENT CERTIFICATE OR CASH ALTERNATIVE, THE CONSUMER BELIEVES GM SHOULD REPLACE THE TANKS FREE OF CHARGE AND HAD ONE REPLACED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO.
