WHILE TRAVELING ON A HIGHWAY AFTER CRESTING A LARGE HILL THE VEHICLE LOST ALL POWER ASSIST TO THE STEERING AND BREAK SYSTEMS CAUSING VEHICLE TO DESCEND THE HILL AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED 90+MPH.
