DT: THE CONSUMER STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SEAT BELT LOCK FELL APART. THIS HAPPENED WITHOUT WARNING. ALSO THE VALVE ON THE KNOB ON THE DASHBORD LEAKED AIR AND WOULD NOT RELEASE THE BRAKES.
