AS I WAS PREPARING TO LEAVE A WALMART PARKING LOT [I WAS NOT MOVING AT THE TIME] I HEARD A LOUD POP NOISE FROM UNDER MY VEHICLE.I INVESTIGATED AND FOUND THE TIRE TREAD HAD BLOWN OUT AND SEPARATED FROM TIRE. THE REAR BRAKES DIDN'T WORK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER NINE TIMES AND THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. *NLM THE FRONT BRAKES AND ROTORS WERE REPLACED 9 TIMES. THE REAR BRAKES NEVER WORKED. *SCC *JB *TC
