MONDAY, AUGUST 21ST AT APPROXIMATELY 0700 I WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON INTERSTATE 680 AT APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH DURING MORNING RUSH HOUR WHEN THE LEFT REAR TIRE BLEW OUT.
