Vehicle is showing P138 code, and goes into limp mode and shows stable-track indicator. Has been checked by 2 mechanics, accelerator pedal, and throttle body have been replaced, with same results. This creates a severe hazard while driving.

The light is on and the warning chime constantly goes off when someone is in the passenger seat. This is a known recall issue yet my VIN is not included. It needs to be fixed at the cost of the manufacturer and not my own.

Radio/Infotainment would turn itself off and then back on while driving and heat/ac would do the same. Then service side detection system alert would come up on screen.
