TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1979 BMW R100RT MOTORCYCLE. WHILE THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS THE REAR BRAKES WERE ENGAGED, FOLLOWED BY AN EXTREMELY SLOW RESPONSE.
