On XXX while driving my 2024 Audi A3 at highway speeds on a live freeway, the vehicle suffered a sudden and catastrophic electrical system failure. If the car is not driven for 20 minutes per day and the car sits for any length of time the check engine light comes on. The dealership advises it is the 12v battery is run down. According the Audi USA and the service order that the car is operating as designed.
